The Commerce City Police Department is asking for the public’s help with the identification of two males from surveillance video taken from the Joyeria Alondra Store at 5908 E. 64th Avenue on May 17, 2012. Responding Police officers entered the store and discovered a male party suffering from a gunshot wound.

The male was immediately transported to Denver Health Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead. The victim has been identified as Bernardo Saenz-Perches. Mr. Saenz-Perches was forty-four years old and the owner of the store, Joyeria Alondra.

The two males observed on the surveillance video are suspects in the homicide investigation of store owner Bernardo Saenz-Perches. The suspect vehicle is described as a silver or gray four door compact car.

Suspect #1: Black male or dark skinned Hispanic male, wearing a dark hoodie shirt, dark shorts, and black tennis shoes. (The camera distorted the colors – clothing is not green).

 Suspect #2: Hispanic male, tall (approx. 6’), thin, short dark hair with receding hair line, glasses, wearing a grey long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes, and appeared to have a white muscle shirt wrapped around his head.
