CITY ― The Commerce City Police
Department is now investigating what is believed to be a homicide. On June 11, 2012, at about 7:30 a.m. officers
responded to the 5000 block of E. 52 Ave. following the discovery of two
deceased people.
Detectives
and Crime Scene Investigators are on the scene.
E. 52 Ave. will remain closed between Dahlia St. and Forest Street until
about 5:00 p.m. To
preserve the integrity of the investigation, no additional information is being
released at this time.
