Brighton Police are seeking assistance in locating a Brighton man suspected of being involved in an Attempted Homicide. The incident occurred in the 300 block of S. Miller Ave., in Brighton, during the early morning hours of Sunday, August 2, 2009.Police are seeking information on the current location of 18 year-old Frankie Diaz.
Frankie Diaz is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, approximately 5’ 0” tall, weighing approximately 90 lbs. His last known address is in Brighton.
Police believe Diaz may be armed, and should be considered dangerous. Anyone with information about Diaz’ location is cautioned not to approach or confront him, and should call Sergeant Roger McCarty at 303-655-2325 to leave information, or dial 9-1-1 to notify local police immediately.
