On January 3, 2011, at approximately 10:45, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office responded to 7530 Broadway, unincorporated Adams County, in reference to shots being fired. The deputies responded to a second floor apartment where they found an adult male on the floor. The male was pronounced dead at the scene.Witness told the deputies they had seen three masked men running from the apartment shortly after hearing the shots. No descriptions of the men seen running from the area are available.
The name of the man found dead in the apartment is not available for release, pending positive identification and the next of kin being notified. The cause of death will be determined by the Adams County Coroner’s Office.
