TWO SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED IN EASTERN ADAMS COUNTY BURGLARIES

The Adams County Sheriff's Office identified two suspects believed to be responsible for ten burglaries in the eastern Adams County area. On July 23, 2009, the Sheriff’s Office presented the cases to the Adams County District Attorney’s Office and Arrest Warrants were issued for Keith Dean Nowak, 22, of unincorporated Adams County and Drew Spencer Coddington, 22, of Greeley.

Nowak and Coddington are alleged to be responsible for burglaries on East 96th Avenue, East 98th Avenue, North Shumaker Road, East 37th Place, East 33rd Court, Wagner Street, Manila Road, Shumaker Road, and on East 112th Avenue. These burglaries were reported to the Sheriff’s Office between April 12, 2009 and July 2, 2009.

In addition to the ten counts of Burglary, Nowak and Coddington are also facing charges of Providing False Information to a Pawn Broker.

Nowak has been taken into custody and is being held in the Adams County Detention Facility, with a bond of $5,000.00. Coddington remains at large and we are asking anyone with information pertaining to Coddington’s whereabouts to call the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, at (720)322-1313.
