ADAMS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE ASKS FOR HELP IN IDENTIFYING ROBBERY SUSPECT

The Adams County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the publics’ assistance in identifying a robbery suspect that is allegedly responsible for three robberies in unincorporated Adams County. These robberies have occurred between August 23, 2009 and August 25, 2009 and the suspect has targeted convenience stores in the Westminster and Adams County area. The suspect has entered the store and demanded money while armed with either a semi-automatic or an automatic assault weapon. The suspect leaves the area by unknown means.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic or white male, with a dark complexion, 5’06 to 5’10” tall, with a thin build, “pencil thin” mustache and beard along the jaw line. The suspect was wearing dark pants, white shoes, a black and white hat pulled down to his eyebrows, and a dark Eckō “Rhino” hoodie with “Eckō Unlimited” in white writing on the backside of the right sleeve.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information pertaining to the identification or location of the suspect is asked to call the Adams County Sheriff’s Office at (720)322-1313.
