35 year old Elizabeth Long was going 75 mph, drunk, and driving the wrong way on I-25 according to the Adams County prosecutors. The end result was an accident where Long crashed into another car, killing 22 year old Mary Warren and injuring 32 year old Jonathan Swanson.

During the Tuesday hearing, prosecutors said Long's Blood Alcohol Content was 0.252 shortly after the crash. This amount is 5 times the legal limit.

Long is currently out on $10,000 bond and in a in-patient rehab facility.
