Tom Janich, a Republican House District 31 candidate said his criminal record was "altered with the intent to misrepresent the contents of my record."The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has records of Janich with incidences with the Brighton Police and Boulder County Sheriff’s Office over a six-year period ending in 1989.
Janich, stating the information in false and misleading announced he has asked the Adams County District Attorney's Office to launch an investigation.
