Adams/Broomfield county District Attorney, Don Quick, announced the filing of charges against a man in connection with the death a Brighton man occurring between and including January 10, 2011 and January 12, 2011.Evan Michael Lawlor (DOB: 04/25/1985) was charged with First Degree Murder (F1), Robbery of an At-Risk Victim (F3), Theft (F3), Tampering with Physical Evidence (F6) and Pawnbroker’s Act Violation (F6).
Lawlor is next scheduled to appear in court on January 24, 2011 at 8:30 AM at the Adams County Justice Center, Division F for a motions hearing.
