Davis Accused of Threats of Shooting Bennet Staffers

According to authorities, John Troy Davis, 44 of Denver is accused of threatening to shoot Senator Michael Bennet's staff members. The alleged threat happened two days before the Arizona Shooting incident that killed 6 and injured numerous others including U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.

Davis who is currently in federal custody faces a charge of assault on a federal employee.

Davis was complaining about his Social Security benefits. Davis allegedly told a Bennet staffer that he is schizophrenic and that he "may go to terrorism."
